BANG STICK LIVE DEMO
The Bang Stick demo is designed to demonstrate the operation of our pneumatic detection tubing when heated to 232°F. It showcases a fire on a metal table being swiftly suppressed by a minimal amount of clean agent (FK5-1-1-2). This demo illustrates that if a fire is detected early, before it gains energy, only a small amount of suppressing agent is needed to effectively extinguish it. Additionally, it highlights the rapid response of the detection tubing, which is electrically non-conductive and operates without any power.
INDIRECT LOW PRESSURE CLEAN AGENT SYSTEM
LIVE DEMO
The indirect clean agent low-pressure system uses the FK5-1-1-2 agent and pneumatic tubing to detect fires and deliver the agent directly to the source through 1-2 nozzles. These UL Listed and FM Approved systems are ideal for CNC machines, large electrical cabinets, and any critical micro-environmental applications needing fire protection. They can also include an optional manual release and/or pressure switch that monitors tubing pressure and activates upon pressure loss, allowing you to trigger a notification or shut off power.

DIRECT LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
LIVE DEMO
The direct clean agent low-pressure system utilizes the FK5-1-1-2 agent and pneumatic tubing to both detect and deliver the agent directly to the fire source. It is primarily used in electrical cabinets requiring protection for multiple units. An optional pressure switch monitors the tubing’s pressure and activates upon pressure loss, enabling you to trigger a notification or shut off power.
SAFETUBE CLEAN AGENT SYSTEM
LIVE DEMO
Our Safetube fire suppression system, uses nitrogen and FK5-1-1-2—both electrically non-conductive agents. Nitrogen displaces oxygen, while FK5-1-1-2 cools and disrupts the fire triangle. Pneumatically driven, it requires no cylinder maintenance or extra power. The pressurized tubing bursts at 210°F, releasing the suppressing agent directly at the fire's source. It also includes a pressure switch for real-time monitoring and can shut down power to the unit during a fire event.

CLEAN AGENT FK5-1-1-2
LIVE DEMO
FK5-1-1-2 suppresses fires through its unique chemical properties when released into the air as a vapor. Upon exposure to the fire, the agent rapidly absorbs heat and cools the surrounding gases, reducing the temperature below the combustion point. It also interferes with the chemical reactions occurring in the flame, effectively disrupting the fire triangle (heat, fuel, and oxygen). By reducing the available oxygen and breaking the chemical reactions, FK5-1-1-2 helps to stop the fire from sustaining itself, all without harming equipment or the environment. Its non-toxic fumes evaporate quickly, leaving no residue behind.
Fire Suppression on a Forklift
Wet Agent System: Our wet agent fire suppression system is designed to quickly and effectively extinguish fires on forklifts. When activated, the system releases a liquid extinguishing agent that cools the flames and prevents re-ignition. This system is ideal for environments where water damage is not a concern, as it provides rapid response and thorough coverage of the engine compartment.
Clean Agent System: Our clean agent fire suppression system uses a gaseous agent to suppress fires without leaving any residue. This system is perfect for protecting sensitive equipment and materials, as it extinguishes fires by absorbing heat and disrupting the chemical reactions necessary for combustion. The clean agent system is fast-acting, non-toxic, and safe for use in occupied spaces, making it an excellent choice for industrial settings
